MEET THE CHEF

My name is China Leary. I am originally from Madison, AL and graduated from Faulkner University in 2017 with a BS in Forensic Psychology. Midway through my degree I had an epiphany and changed my career path. Post graduation I attended culinary school started studying nutrition and then personal training/fitness coaching.

Culinary school allowed me the opportunities to learn and work in different fine dining settings. That very first professional kitchen I was in shaped me into the cook that I am now, and I am only getting better. My ultimate goal is to help people feel good in their bodies.

Over the past 8 years I have been able to use my background in these different fields to bring our customers flavorful and unique dishes that are still health and fitness goal focused.

China’s Creations offer catering, meal prep, personal chef, as well as personal training services. Whatever event, whatever the idea, we can make it come to life for you!
