Dream it.

Growing up playing ball my nutrition habits weren’t the best. Having 3 games a day during AAU season to being in college and having morning practice, afternoon workouts/practice, games, classes, etc, my eating habits ultimately suffered. In college, I asked my coach if I could cook for the team instead of us eating processed fast food, or food that wasn’t that good in general. The thought and mission today is still the same.

Giving athletes what their bodies need for performance and recovery while introducing them to healthier eating, new flavors, and more variety.
